How It Works
When a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) has a shorted component (such as a compromised multilayer ceramic capacitor), it pulls the power rail directly to the ground. The TS30A safely bypasses standard power management current restrictions by forcing a high-amperage, low-voltage current stream directly into the shorted rail. Because the shorted component offers the path of least resistance, the high current creates localized thermodynamic stress, causing the faulty component to rapidly heat up, melt rosin core smoke, or vaporize freeze spray so it can be identified and removed.
