Core Operational Modes
The machine uses a digital smart touch control panel to cycle through three distinct processing phases:

- Vacuum + UV Mode: The standard setting for curved screens. It initiates a 30-second vacuum cycle to tightly compress the film against the contours of the display, immediately followed by the UV curing lamps to harden the material safely.
- UV Only Mode: Runs purely the UV curing light arrays (typically for 90 to 240 seconds depending on configuration) to instantly harden pre-aligned tempered or UV hydrogel films.
- Vacuum Only Mode: Operates the negative pressure suction for roughly 40 seconds to firmly set ordinary hydrogel films without applying heat or UV light.
Safety & Structural Features
- Clamshell Curing Enclosure: Built with a flip-top lock design that ensures 100% UV light source utilization while protecting the operator’s eyes from radiation exposure.
- Camera Notch Protection: The interior work area features a specialized built-in groove lined with a soft cotton pad. This isolates the phone’s camera lenses to prevent scratches or light-induced lens element damage during the intense UV cycle.
