Best Practices for Use
- Apply Thin Layers: For the optimal 3-second quick dry time, apply the adhesive in a thin, uniform layer. If a thick application is necessary, cure it in layers or leave the UV lamp over the area for a longer duration (10–30 seconds) to ensure deep polymerization.
- Use the Correct Light Wavelength: This adhesive relies on standard 365nm to 395nm UV curing lights. Ensure your lamp provides strong enough intensity, as a weak battery or wrong wavelength will leave the glue feeling tacky or uncured.
- Clean the Area First: Always use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to clear away leftover flux, oils, or dust before dispensing the glue to guarantee a permanent, steadfast bond.
